About the Position

Marketing Executive – Shape the Future of the Parenting Industry with Us!

Mummys Market is the leading organisation in the parenting sector and the market leader of Southeast Asia’s largest baby fairs. Across seven baby fairs held annually, Mummys Market attracts 800,000 visitors, with $100 million worth of products and over a thousand brands in participation.

Mummys Market serves, engages, and educates 90% of the local parents' population in Singapore, from the onset of pregnancy and beyond. Within the baby fairs, 80% of the total baby products' distributors participate in our fairs, with clients ranging from SMEs to MNCs, including Nestle, Friesland Campina, Procter & Gamble, Unilever, NTUC Fairprice, Dairy Farm Group, hospitals and government agencies.

2023 was a transformation year for Mummys Market. With data in the heart of our business, we took the market by storm with O2O strategies, while developing and capitalising on technologies to power our growth. What You’ll Be Doing
  • Campaign Mastermind: Plan and execute dynamic multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract attendees and participants for our diverse range of products and events, both online and offline.
  • Integrated Marketing: Develop and implement cohesive campaigns using email, social media, search, partnerships, and affiliate marketing to effectively acquire, convert, and retain customers.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Collaborate with the broader team to test copy and channel performance, using insights to optimize and enhance outcomes.
  • Creative Management: Oversee design and creative solutions, ensuring all materials are on-brand and resonate with our audience.
  • Compelling Content: Craft engaging, benefit-driven copy and messaging tailored for various channels, ensuring consistency across campaigns.
  • Video Production: Manage the production and delivery of video content as a key component of our campaign strategy.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance campaign performance using metrics and insights to inform tactics.
  • Innovative Thinking: Stay curious and ensure our activities are interconnected as we strive for a comprehensive customer view.
  • Target-Driven: Focus on achieving specific marketing goals and targets to drive business growth and success.
  • Influencer Marketing: Develop and manage influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand reach and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma in Marketing / Media / Communications or equivalent.
  • Proven experience with campaign planning and execution, proactively taking ownership for delivery
  • Must be willing to work in fast paced environment.
  • Able to prioritize competing demands against tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels and techniques, demonstrable examples of how they’ve been used to drive engagement and commercial returns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to create messaging across channels and understand the fundamentals of storytelling to build a consistent narrative
  • Added advantage if proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the parenting industry and market trends is a plus
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is a plus
