Job summary

A Singapore-based B2B media publishing company is seeking a Web & Graphics Designer to support websites, eNewsletters, and print/digital publications. The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic and web design, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with WordPress and basic performance tracking. Responsibilities include designing layouts for magazines, creating marketing assets, and liaising with printing companies. This role is open only to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic or web design.
• Strong layout and typography fundamentals.
• Video editing and web development skills are an advantage.

We are a Singapore-based B2B media publishing company seeking a Web & Graphics Designer to support our websites, eNewsletters, and print and digital publications.

This role suits someone who is comfortable working across design, web, and publication workflows, and who understands how content presentation, platform upkeep, and basic performance tracking work together in a media environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain websites and landing pages
• Design and produce eNewsletters for subscribers
• Design layouts for print and digital magazine editions
• Create marketing assets such as EDMs, banners, and social media visuals
• Use GA4 to monitor basic website performance
• Support hosting and site maintenance (e.g. SiteGround, space requirements)
• Liaise with printing companies on proofing, feedback, and delivery schedules

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic / Web Design or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
• Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML/CSS, FlippingBook, and GA4 required
• Video editing and web development skills are an advantage
• Strong layout and typography fundamentals
