Our Client is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven, client-focused Sales & Marketing Executive who thrives in a fast-paced project environment. If you enjoy meeting clients, shaping their ideas into real projects, and building a brand through creative marketing, this role is perfect for you.
You will play a key part in growing our construction and water-feature divisions by converting enquiries into confirmed projects and strengthening our brand presence across multiple platforms.
- Respond to inbound enquiries (WhatsApp, website, referrals, walk-ins).
- Conduct site visits, understand requirements, and prepare cost estimates (with PM/QS support).
- Present proposals clearly and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Upsell maintenance packages and waterproofing solutions.
- Manage company social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok).
- Produce engaging content: before-after shots, progress updates, testimonials, educational posts.
- Plan monthly marketing calendars and coordinate campaigns with management.
- Use designers or AI tools (e.g., Canva/Midjourney) to create visuals.
- Work closely with PM/QS teams to align client expectations.
- Update clients on project progress and milestone changes.
- Ensure quotations, variation orders and invoices are accurate and timely.
- Assist in handover, warranty documents and after-sales follow-up.
- Identify new customer segments and partnership opportunities.
- Track renovation and waterproofing market trends.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions or roadshows when needed.
- 1–2 years of relevant sales or marketing experience (construction/renovation).
- Confident speaking with homeowners, MCSTs, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Good communication and strong follow-up discipline.
- Able to manage social media accounts and produce basic content.
- Familiar with renovation/A&A processes (training provided).
- Independent, organised, and able to perform under fast-moving project timelines.
- Work with a supportive team across both construction and water-feature divisions.
