Job description

We are looking for someone who is just as happy behind a camera as they are exploring new spaces. At Tubear, many of our shoots are for properties and other interior spaces, from cosy apartments to stylish showrooms, and occasionally, unique venues that need to look their best online.

You will be part of a very small but mighty team, so being able to work both independently and with others is important. Some days you will run the shoot solo, and other days you will collaborate with teammates to capture every angle.

Your main role will be creating virtual tours, photography, and videography. Occasionally, you will also assist with drone shoots to add variety.

Most of the time, you will be out on shoots. When in the office, you will be editing and preparing media for delivery.

We are after someone with a keen eye for the little things, such as making sure chairs are lined up perfectly, curtains tied neatly, and everything in the frame looks like it belongs there. Our clients trust us to make their spaces shine, so precision and pride in your work matter a lot.

This is a junior role, so no prior professional experience is required. We are happy to train the right person. What matters most is your passion for creating visuals, your willingness to learn, and your attention to detail.

What you will be doing
  • Shooting high quality virtual tours, photography, and videos of spaces including properties, showrooms, exhibitions and more
  • Occasionally assisting with drone shoots
  • Setting up and capturing scenes that look polished and inviting
  • Editing and preparing media for delivery
  • Coordinating with clients and occasionally working alongside the rest of the team
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring readiness for shoots
What we are looking for
  • Skilled with a DSLR or mirrorless camera and basic editing software (self taught is welcome)
  • An eye for detail and composition
  • Comfortable working both independently and in a team setting
  • Able to adapt to different environments and schedules
  • Someone who takes initiative and genuinely enjoys creating great visuals
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro is a plus
  • Possession of a valid Class 2Band or 2A, or Class 3 or 3A driving license is an advantage
Eligibility

This position is open to Singaporeans and Malaysians. For Malaysian applicants, accommodation in Singaporewill be required upon confirmation of employment. As this role involves regular on-site shoots across different locations, daily commuting from Johor Bahru is not ideal and therefore not suitable for this position.

Working hours

Weekdays 9am to 6pm. If weekend work is required, it will be considered overtime. You will be required to be available on alternate weekends in case there are any job requests.

If you enjoy turning spaces into picture perfect showcases and want to join a close knit team that values quality over quantity, we would love to hear from you.

No formal qualifications are required. Just share a portfolio that shows you are comfortable with a DSLR or mirrorless camera and that you have a good sense of composition. It does not have to be interior or real estate related.
