About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Centre Operations Director to lead and manage a TCM Wellness Centre offering TCM consultation, Tuina, and cupping services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth operational knowledge of TCM spa management, and familiarity with Singapore’s licensing and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the TCM wellness centre, ensuring service quality and compliance.

• Lead a team of TCM practitioners, massage therapists, and front-desk staff.

• Manage business performance, budgeting, and resource allocation.

• Ensure compliance with all MOM, MOH, and Police Licensing regulations for massage establishments.

• Develop and execute marketing plans, including social media campaigns and live-stream promotions.

• Build customer relationships and drive brand awareness through both online and offline channels.

• Monitor client feedback and continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing a TCM or wellness spa offering TCM treatments.

• Strong knowledge of Massage Establishment Licence (MEL) regulations and compliance procedures.
