Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling their day-to-day needs and resolving issues that may arise.
2. Lead mid-sized projects and campaigns independently, from development to execution, with minimal supervision.
3. Manage client expectations and ensure timely project delivery, while adhering to budgets and project scope.
4. Proactively identify and address potential challenges, escalating when necessary and collaborating with supervisors to find effective solutions.
5. Participate in business development, contributing to new business pitches and proposals.
6. Use industry knowledge and client insights to help win new projects.

1. Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, motivating and guiding team members to deliver high-quality work.
2. Collaborate with teams to craft well-thought-out strategies based on a deep understanding of client objectives and brand strategy.
3. Stay ahead of industry trends and provide insights to drive client and company growth.
4. Mentor and manage Account Executives, fostering a culture of learning and development.

1. Develop creative briefs and guide the creative process to ensure alignment with client objectives.
2. Provide feedback on creative work, pushing for innovation while ensuring high-quality standards are met.
3. Confidently present and sell campaign concepts to clients.
4. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, ensuring OOm remains at the forefront of creative excellence.

Key Requirements:

1. 2 - 4 years of experience in an enterprise/key account management role within an agency setting.
2. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
3. Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand and analyse client needs.
