Job summary
A leading insurance firm in Singapore is looking for an experienced HR professional to drive HR transformation and digitalization initiatives. You will review and redesign existing HR workflows, automate processes, enhance reporting, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR or Business, at least 7 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel. This role demands strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, HR transformation, or process optimization.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workflow automation tools required.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
