A leading marine enterprise in Singapore is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental policies across fabrication facilities. The role involves implementing HSE management plans, directing safety officers, and conducting gap analyses for project bidding. Candidates should have at least 5 years of HSE management experience, strong HSE knowledge, and good computer skills. This position requires the candidate to be based in Batam, Indonesia.
1. Ensure strict enforcement of all established Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across all fabrication facilities.
2. Drive the successful implementation and execution of the specific project HSE Management Plan.
3. Plan, resource, and direct the deployment of competent safety officers to adequately support and monitor project execution activities.
4. Support project bidding processes by conducting comprehensive gap analyses between project-specific and yard-wide HSE management plans to identify critical risks.
5. Lead and champion proactive safety initiatives and behavioral programs to foster a robust and continuous improvement-focused HSE culture across the worksite.
6. Proactively engage and collaborate with the Production and Operations departments to ensure seamless and integrated HSE implementation.
7. Systematically track and analyze yard and project HSE performance metrics, identifying leading indicators and implementing.
