Responsibilities

• Maintain statutory registers and corporate records in compliance with the Companies Act.
• Prepare and file annual returns and other required statutory documents.
• Draft directors’ and shareholders’ resolutions and supporting documents.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, banks, auditors, and external stakeholders.
