Job summary

A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking an experienced Concierge to provide exceptional service to guests. Responsibilities include managing guest transportation, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star environment. Candidates must be multilingual and possess excellent communication skills. This position requires weekend and holiday availability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, preferably including 5-star experience.
  • Desire and ability to train and develop ambassadors.
  • Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as part of the job role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests.
