Zusammenfassung
A facilities management company in Singapore is looking for a Facilities Manager to lead a team of Property Officers. You will oversee day-to-day operations, conduct inspections, and handle partnerships with agencies. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and has at least 5 years of experience in estate management. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of statutory requirements are essential. Flexibility to work beyond normal hours may be required.
Qualifikationen
- Minimum of 5 years in estate management.
- Strong leadership capabilities to manage a team.
- Good understanding of statutory requirements for township properties.
Aufgaben
- Provide leadership to Property Officers.
- Inspect maintenance works and provide advisory.
- Establish partnerships with agencies and contractors.

Ausbildung
Provide leadership to a team of Property Officers in the day-to-day facilities management operations and effectively carry out the functions and duties.
- Inspect routine maintenance/improvement works and provide advisory on facilities management matters.
- Establish and maintain good rapport and close partnership with relevant agencies and other contractors.
- Any other duties is assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements & Attributes:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree qualified in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering or equivalent from a recognized University with a minimum of 5 years in estate management.
- Able to provide strong leadership to a team of Property Officers.
- Good Knowledge of accounting, contracts administration, legislations and statutory requirements with regards to township properties.
- Able to work under pressure and work beyond normal working hours and on weekends/public holidays.
