Job summary

A major healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating ERM practices and performing secretariat duties for related committees and workgroups. The Office of Risk Services plays a crucial role in SingHealth's risk management strategy. We are responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing enterprise-wide risk management practices to safeguard our organisation's assets, reputation, and operational continuity.

We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join the team. In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and facilitate the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. This includes being involved in risk reporting and monitoring, and data analysis to ensure sustainable ERM at all levels of the organisation. You will also perform secretariat duties for the Cluster-level ERM Committees, Workgroups, and related Taskforces to implement the ERM initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with preferable 1-3 years of working experience
  • Experience in risk management, implementing Enterprise Risk Management, audit and healthcare operations will be an advantage
  • Team player with good interpersonal and effective communication and writing skills
  • Good project management and good administrative skills
  • Good computing skills and competency with Microsoft Office application
