About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Finance & Admin Executive to support our daily operations across finance, administration, and logistics coordination. This role offers broad exposure to business operations and is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and take on increasing responsibilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping
- Handle daily bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation of AP/AR, bank statements, and quarterly GST.
- Support preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and vendors when required.
- Verify supplier invoices, track payments, and ensure timely settlement.
- Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and support compliance requirements.
Logistics Coordination
- Liaise with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse partners on delivery arrangements.
- Prepare DO/PO, ensure accurate shipment records, and track deliveries end-to-end.
- Assist in simple inventory tracking and ensure timely coordination of shipments.
- Follow up with logistics partners to resolve delivery or documentation issues.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance/logistics preferred.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic accounting tools.
