Responsibilities
About The team E-commerce business center procurement via bidding center was established to integrate goods, services (warehousing, express logistics services, etc.) or intellectual property rights to achieve the best value for the company. Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies for assigned construction categories, including the sourcing of logistics equipment and related services, with a strong focus on Governance and Compliance, Cost optimization, Operational excellence, and Risk mitigation.
- Identify and source materials and services by collaborating with internal teams and approved vendors, ensuring alignment with engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs), review vendor submissions, and evaluate proposals to ensure best value, quality, and compliance with requirements.
- Drive sourcing activities—including tenders and negotiations—and evaluate and select suppliers that meet business needs while aligning with regional procurement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their procurement requirements and proactively plan to support seamless project and operational delivery.
- Lead the review and negotiation of contract terms, pricing agreements, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure strong vendor performance and operational excellence.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships through regular meetings, business reviews, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement and ensure accountability.
- Develop and maintain dual-sourcing and contingency plans to reduce supply chain risk and ensure business continuity.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices across all procurement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or Business Administration from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years' experience in supplier engagements or related procurement/vendor management.
Experience in operations is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.

- Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and improve procurement efficiency.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
