Job summary
A logistics consultancy in Singapore is seeking an individual to manage import/export permit declarations, handle logistics documents, and liaise with customers. Suitable for those with 1-2 years experience or fresh graduates in Logistics/Supply Chain. Training will be provided. Interested applicants should email their resume to the listed address.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Open to candidates with no experience if they have a Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain.
- Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Handle import and export permit declaration.
- Liaise with customers and transporters for local shipment delivery.
- Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.

- Handle import and export permit declaration.
- Prepare simple logistics documents.
- Attending to email enquiries & calls.
- Liaise with customers and transporters to arrange for local shipment delivery.
- Handle air and sea shipment booking with freight forwarders.
- Handle customers’ complaints and conduct investigations (if any).
- Handle ad-hoc task/operation duties upon request.
- ‘O’ level & above with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain with NO Experience is welcome to apply. Training provided.
