Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of stock levels, locations, and movements.
  • Support in conducting physical stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Ensure all goods are properly labelled, stored, and organised.
  • Receive incoming goods, check against purchase orders and delivery notes, and report any discrepancies or damages.
  • Issue supplies to authorised personnel as per requisitions, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of goods received, issued, and returned.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of transactions in the inventory system.
  • Support preparation of simple inventory reports when required.
  • Monitor stock levels and alert supervisors on low stock or replenishment needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store at all times.
  • Support safe disposal of expired or damaged goods.
  • Liaise with internal staff for timely distribution of supplies.
  • Perform other operational tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
  • GCE O-Level / NITEC in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory, or logistics support (healthcare or nursing home environment advantageous).
  • Familiar with basic inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong teamwork skills.
  • Able to do lifting and moving supplies.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety standards preferred.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
