Job description

Location: Toa Payoh & Geylang Bahru
Working Days/Hours: 8am – 5pm, 5/6 work days on alternate rotation (including weekends)
Salary Range: Basic $2,600 – $3,500 (depending on experience) + Commissions + VB

Responsibilities

• Meet and liaise with families to understand their requirements
• Advise families on funeral service options and related matters
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, and setup for funeral services
• Work closely with Ops Crew to ensure seamless service delivery
• Perform night standby duties on a rotation basis, staying on-site when required (accommodation and facilities provided)
• Ensure all legal, cultural, and company guidelines are adhered to
• Maintain professionalism and composure in sensitive situations

Requirements

• Candidates without sales experience may start as Operations Crew before progressing to Funeral Director role
• Possess a Class 3/3A driving license (advantage but not mandatory)
• Compassionate, respectful, and able to handle sensitive situations
• Prior sales (banking/insurance/B2C) or customer-facing experience (advantage)
