What you'll be doing?
  • Customer Relations Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by promptly attending to inquiries, resolving complaints professionally, and maintaining positive relationships that support business growth.
  • Carrier Management: Negotiate with carriers, manage bookings, and coordinate shipment logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions for clients.
  • Transportation Logistics: Arrange comprehensive trucking and container stuffing services, ensuring seamless cargo handling from origin to destination ports.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and process essential shipping documents for various shipment types, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Shipment Monitoring: Coordinate and monitor shipment progress, providing regular updates and proactively addressing any issues that may arise during transit.
  • Customs & Permits Processing: Handle customs clearance procedures and permit applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for smooth cargo movement.
  • Financial Coordination: Liaise with accounts department for carrier payments and support payment processing to maintain smooth financial operations.
  • Operational Support: Provide comprehensive support for sales and operational activities, assist in job closing and billing processes, and handle general administrative duties.
