A leading global flow control company in Singapore seeks an Inside Sales and Contract Sales Engineer. This role focuses on driving sales growth through expert technical knowledge and responsive customer service, requiring tasks such as producing sales quotations, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 3 years' experience in customer service and possess excellent communication skills, along with a diploma or degree from a recognized university. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems is a plus.

We are seeking a talented Inside Sales and Contracts Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills to identify opportunities, negotiate contracts, and provide exceptional customer service.
Work alongside the External Sales team to build relationships with customers by efficiently turnaround of requests for technical quotations and conversion to orders. The role will require you to produce timely quotations with supporting documentation and drawings for a range of standard and customized solutions to meet the customer's specifications. You will then be required to discuss this with the customer and drive receipt of a purchase order. Once received, you will be responsible for processing the order on the MRP system and progress any enquiries against it, keeping the customer informed of any changes to time scales throughout the process.
