Job summary

A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Inventory Controller to oversee inventory management and ensure accurate records. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the logistics or supply chain industry and a relevant diploma or degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central are preferred. This role involves leading yearly stock takes, administering purchase orders, and developing operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in inventory management or related field.
• Experience with valves, pipe & fittings is required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage inventory processes.
• Ensure accurate records of inventory levels.
• Lead yearly inventory stock take and monitor discrepancies.
• Review and monitor products for discrepancies.
• Prepare and file inventory reports.
