Job summary

A leading HR advisory company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor. The role involves quantity take-offs, supplier negotiations, and preparing purchase orders. Ideal candidates will have a diploma/degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, or Architecture. The position offers a salary range of $2800 - $3800 and requires working from Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm, ensuring smooth logistics flow for projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in QS/Interior Design/Architecture or equivalent.
• Preferred applicant from the Interior/Construction field.

Responsibilities

• Quantity Take-off and Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
• Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase orders and coordinate with project team.
• Assist and support design team in material sample requisition.
