Position Summary :
We are seeking an Operations Assistant to manage data statistics and organization, develop and deliver effective store training programs. This role is crucial in optimizing store operations, enhancing employee performance, and driving business growth in Singapore. The role also involves collaborating with store management to ensure safety and security compliance.
Loss Prevention
- Theft Prevention: Monitor and investigate suspicious activities, conduct store audits to ensure security measures.
- Security Systems: Oversee installation and maintenance of CCTV and alarms, train staff on security protocols.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce loss prevention policies, conduct employee training.
- Incident Management: Respond to theft, fraud, or security breaches, collaborate with law enforcement.
- Reporting and Analysis: Analyze data for theft trends, prepare security incident reports.
- Inventory Control: Work with inventory teams to reduce shrinkage, ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Conduct safety inspections, ensure adherence to safety regulations.
Data Statistics and Organization
- Data Collection: Gather data from POS, inventory systems, and customer feedback.
- Data Analysis: Identify trends, evaluate store performance, and provide actionable insights.
- Reporting: Prepare clear, visually appealing reports for management.
- Data Management: Maintain data integrity, implement governance policies.
Store Training Output
- Training Program Development: Design comprehensive training for product knowledge, customer service, sales, and operations tailored to Singapore.
- Training Delivery: Conduct in-store training using various methods for new and existing staff.
- Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share best practices and industry trends, foster continuous learning.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in business administration, statistics, data analytics, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in data analysis, operations, or store training; retail experience preferred.
Skills :
