Job summary

A multinational corporation in Singapore is looking for a Regional L&D Specialist to enhance their learning and development initiatives across the APAC region. Qualifications

  • 5+ years of progressive L&D experience in a regional capacity, preferably in an MNC environment.
  • Knowledge of training evaluation methods and tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment and adjusting to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate L&D programs across APAC, ensuring alignment with regional business needs.
  • Oversee course scheduling, curriculum updates, and end-to-end program administration.
  • Conduct LNA to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning solutions.
  • Take ownership of e-learning platforms and content ensuring effective utilization and engagement across the region.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
  • Support external vendors for specialized training delivery.
