A Singapore-based not-for-profit organization is seeking an HR and Admin Manager to lead comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. Position: HR and Admin Manager

Code: EXP/HR&AM/SG/1225

Location: Singapore (central)

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will lead the full spectrum of HR function at the organisation. He/she will be responsible for policies and processes pertaining to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR systems, employee relations and training and development. He/she will work closely with the Principal and senior management professionals in streamlining HR processes and building high level of employee engagement. He/She will also assist in overall administration and facilities management for the campus.

Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience, preferably in ediucational or other not-for-profit organisations
  • Hands-on exposure to wide spectrum of HRM functions including Staffing, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Engagement, and Training and Development.
  • Ability to develop and initiate HR strategies and policies closely aligned to overall business objectives; roll out new processes and systems; and ensure overall regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with immigration laws, processes and related requirements.
  • Team player. High personal integrity. Adaptable, independent, resourceful and analytical. Ability to work with multi-ethnic teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
  • Ideally, ability to work over Saturdays & Sundays (with other days off)
