A Singapore-based not-for-profit organization is seeking an HR and Admin Manager to lead comprehensive HR functions including recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Human Resource Management and at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the educational or not-for-profit sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are crucial. This role involves collaboration with senior management, along with participation in administration and facilities management.

The selected candidate will lead the full spectrum of HR function at the organisation. He/she will be responsible for policies and processes pertaining to manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, HR systems, employee relations and training and development. He/she will work closely with the Principal and senior management professionals in streamlining HR processes and building high level of employee engagement. He/She will also assist in overall administration and facilities management for the campus.
