A local educational resource provider in Singapore is seeking an administrative support personnel for a primary school. The candidate will act as the first point of contact and assist students and staff with various administrative tasks. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong customer service skills are essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Contract Period: From 1 Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026. Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
• Mondays to Fridays: 8:00am to 2:00pm
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, School Holidays and School Closures.
