Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Surveyor to perform and verify surveying work on-site. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying with at least 3 years of building surveying experience. Familiarity with pre-cast installation is a plus. This position requires a 6-day work week and involves preparing construction drawings.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform and check all surveying work on site for projects undertaken by the Company and as directed by the Project Manager.
• Responsible for verification of accuracy of survey work on site and data collected.
• Compute geodetic measurements and interpret survey data to determine positions, shapes and elevations of geomorphic and topographic features.
• Monitor settlement markers when needed.
• Set out survey points and levels on site.
• Prepare and submit pre and post construction drawings.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying or Geo-spatial information and technology.
• At least 3 years’ experience in building surveying.
• Knowledge in pre-cast installation and verticality control is an advantage.
• Min 3 years of experience in high rise building.
• Comfortable with 6 days work week.
