Job summary

A Singapore-based HR consultancy is looking for an administrative professional for a 2-year contract role. You will manage enrolment, payments, and training logistics while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate holds a diploma and has experience in a similar industry. This position offers a salary of up to $2800 per month, working Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge in similar industry and various training grants.
  • Strong ability to manage enrolment and attendance records.
  • Proven track record in administration from pre to post programme activities.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct registration and payments, enrolment, attendance records.
  • Support training administration and logistical coordination.
  • Handle enquiries and appeals efficiently.
  • Compile data for management reporting and external audits.

Overview

2 years contract (renewable). Location: Braddell. Working hours: Mon – Fri: 8.30am - 6pm. Salary: Up to $2800.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the systems.
  • Processing of training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
  • Attends to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
  • Adhere to existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Consolidate and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
  • Undertake additional tasks as required.
  • Other ad-hoc projects may be required.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience and knowledge in similar industry and the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC
  • Customer service oriented.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry best practices
  • Ability to drive change and improvement
