Job responsibilities

• Good knowledge of beauty & wellness treatments and products (skincare)
• Provide professional skincare services - facial services to customers
• Provide professional consultation/advices to customers on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
• Handle customers enquiries with care and patience
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment and supplies are sanitised and readily available for use
• Cross selling beauty therapies and products

Requirements

• Proven work experience of at least 1 year as beauty therapist
• Able to handle customer’s requests and complaints with grace
• Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
• Possess relevant locally recognized certifications in the beauty industry
• Willing to work retail hours, shift work, weekends and PH
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
