Responsibilities


  • To manage gathering, compiling and organizing data which is essential for company's business operations

  • To offer high degree of support to the team members and recording legal compliance documents

  • Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies

  • Assisting and coordinating with front office team

  • Assisting with inventory control

  • Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars

  • Ensuring photocopying and digitization of documents as per mission's guidelines

  • Explaining the product and services offered by the company to the customers

  • Recording and maintaining office expenses


Job Requirements


  • Possess a 'O' Level or Secondary school certificate and/or equivalent professional qualifications.

  • Minimum 1-3 years in Customers Handling role required.

  • Proactive, committed and able to work under pressure.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Knowledge of Indian dialects is essential
