Our client is an A1 Construction Developer involved in the construction of new Condominium projects.

Previous experience in any type of CONSTRUCTION sites or fresh Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering are welcome to apply.

• Project Management for Site
• Project Planning and Coordination: Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects.
• Quality Control and Compliance: Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance. Ensuring the project's compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, standards, and specifications.
• Site Management: Conducting site visits to check subcontractor’s workmanship and progress. Resolving site problems during construction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Reviewing engineering tasks, initiating corrective actions, and monitoring work in progress.
• Communication and Coordination: Liaising with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution.
