Property Officer

Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working days: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm (Mon-Fri). Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/Public Holidays where required.

Salary:
Junior: $2,800 - $3,000 + HP allowance + VB + AWS
Senior: $3,500 - $3,800 + HP allowance + VB + AWS

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure all repair and routine maintenance works by contractors are properly carried out and completed satisfactorily in accordance with the contract terms.
• Schedule and oversee breakdown, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Perform regular inspections, enforce standards at common property areas, and recommend necessary works to maintain standards set by relevant authorities.
• Certify completion of contractor jobs and recommend payments.
• Coordinate maintenance consultancy works with professional consultants and obtain necessary licenses and certificates from relevant authorities.
• Investigate, check, and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine causes and prevent future issues.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your manager.

Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management Services, Estate Management, Building Maintenance, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience.
• Conduct site inspections.
