Overview

The Security Architect will be responsible for the overall security architecture across enterprise infrastructure, applications, and cloud environments. This role goes beyond cybersecurity, requiring a deep understanding of network, infrastructure, and application security. The architect will design and implement enterprise security strategies, ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats while aligning security with business and IT objectives.

What we seek to accomplish together:

• Enterprise Security Architecture: Define and implement security architectures covering on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Security Strategy & Governance: Develop security frameworks, policies, and best practices aligned with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks, etc.).
• Infrastructure & Cloud Security: Design security solutions for network, servers, storage, virtualization, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Application Security: Establish secure software development practices (DevSecOps), review application architectures, and implement security controls for web and mobile applications.
• Security Automation & Orchestration: Leverage IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and automation platforms to enforce security policies.
• Threat Management & Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, threat modeling, and security reviews for enterprise systems.
• Collaboration & Advisory: Work with IT, DevOps, and compliance teams to integrate security into system design and operational workflows.
• Security Operations & Incident Response: Provide architectural guidance on security monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
  

A little bit about you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in IT security, with a strong background in enterprise security architecture and infrastructure.
• Expertise in network security, cloud security, IAM, application security, and DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and security automation tools.
• Strong understanding of compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, GDPR, etc.).
• Proficiency in AWS, Azure, and GCP security solutions.
• Preferred Certifications: TOGAF, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, AWS/Azure Security Certifications.
• Added Advantage: Experience in Splunk, Qradar, Google SecOps, and advanced threat intelligence platforms.
