Job summary
A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a dedicated IT professional to enhance ERP application systems and manage application changes. The ideal candidate must have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Computer Science and experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX. Key responsibilities include analyzing business processes, supporting project implementations, and troubleshooting user issues. The position demands excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in SQL Server and related technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience with ERP solutions, especially Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 and above).
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and reporting services.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

- Customize and maintain workflows to enable seamless ERP integration and efficient data exchange across systems.
- Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
- Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics AX, Metabase BI, and related mobile applications.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 and above); exposure to Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server and reporting services; experience with X++ and .NET development is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team.
Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.
