Job Responsibilities

• Analyze, optimize, and enhance IT application systems and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage application change requests and provide support throughout project implementation and rollout phases.
• Develop, configure, and test application functions, web services, and system interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Customize and maintain workflows to enable seamless ERP integration and efficient data exchange across systems.
• Investigate and troubleshoot user-reported issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver effective solutions.
• Support, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics AX, Metabase BI, and related mobile applications.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience with ERP solutions, particularly Microsoft Dynamics AX (2012 and above); exposure to Microsoft 365 is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server and reporting services; experience with X++ and .NET development is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks while working independently or as part of a team.

Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.
