Job Description & Requirements:
- 1. Course Delivery:
- a. To review previous class feedback and lessons learned
- b. To conduct lesson plans and daily activity sheets, and a variety of assessments as required according to course and module requirements, learning objectives and outcomes
- c. To conduct lessons and monitor progress of the students
- d. To ensure proper discipline and effective classroom management
- e. To submit end‑of‑module report and liaise with Head, AD for any matter arising
- f. To submit module review when required by Head, AD (at the end of the module)
- 2. Student Learning:
- a. To provide a positive environment in which students are encouraged to actively engage in the learning process
- b. To implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate in which students are actively engaged in meaningful learning experiences
- c. To identify and select appropriate instructional resources to meet the needs of the students with varying backgrounds, learning styles and needs
- d. To inculcate good values and culture with class in support of the college vision, mission and value statement
- e. To maintain or enhance the students’ learning experience, and to monitor students’ performances
- f. To conduct academic counselling (and/or escalate to Head, AD for necessary intervention plan)
- g. To review students’ feedback on their overall learning and development, and student satisfaction
- 3. Student Conduct and Attendance:
- a. To take students’ attendance according to procedure
- b. To counsel and/or take action on poor attendance and/or disciplinary issues
- c. To be a model of professional and ethical standards when dealing with students, parents, and the school
- 4. Exam & Assessment:
- a. To work with Head, AD on exam paper setting accordingly to requirements
- b. To undertake duty as exam paper marker, and/or moderator
- c. To consolidate students’ results of each exam session for submission to Head, AD
- d. To analyse overall students’ performance, when assigned by Head, AD
- e. To be member of Disciplinary Committee when appointed by Head, AD
- 5. Academic Meeting:
- a. To prepare and attend scheduled Academic Meeting
- b. To participate and contribute to the academic and professional discussion
Minimum Qualification Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

- Salary: SGD 3,000 – 4,200/month
