Job Title: Robotics Scientist – Mobile Manipulators & Humanoid Motion Planning
Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Robotics Scientist with expertise in mobile manipulators and humanoid motion planning. The role focuses on developing smart robotic solutions that are efficient, intelligent, and capable of collision-free operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of trajectory and motion planning algorithms for manipulators and mobile robots
  • Apply kinematics and control expertise to improve motion accuracy, flexibility, and task efficiency
  • Integrate machine learning and deep learning methods to enhance robot control and decision‑making
  • Apply computer vision and image processing techniques to improve perception and object recognition
  • Conduct research to implement state‑of‑the‑art algorithms for improved robot performance
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve project goals and translate research into deployable solutions
  • Mentor junior engineers and researchers and contribute to project planning, technical reviews, and proposals
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet technical and business requirements
Requirements
  • PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in manipulator trajectory planning and mobile robot navigation
  • Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB
  • Experience leading technical teams or projects, ensuring execution and technical excellence
  • Experience with open‑source machine learning and deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills
  • Passion for robotics and commitment to solving technical challenges with a positive mindset
