We're Hiring: Deputy Project Manager!
As aProject Management Lead, you will work closely with the Project Lead to oversee an HR Business Process Operations Support Team. This team is responsible for supporting client ERP system requirements and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will play a key role in guiding team activities, advising stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Lead in managing the HR Business Process Operations Support Team to support daily ERP system operations for clients.
Provide consultation services to client stakeholders and team members, including managing escalations, tracking change requests (CRs), and supporting data migration and audit activities.
Drive team performance by setting and monitoring quality standards, ensuring delivery of high-quality support services.
Lead efforts to improve operational efficiency through process standardization, automation, and consolidation.
Identify service delivery gaps, troubleshoot issues, and recommend effective solutions.
Required Competencies
Solid understanding of information technology; familiarity with SAP, ERP, or HR systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Proven experience in managing operational teams, with strong supervisory and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong planning, organizational, and coordination abilities.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Team-oriented, responsible, and detail-conscious.
Self-motivated, resourceful, responsive, and proactive in problem-solving.
Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office.
Project management experience is a strong plus.
Strong analytical mindset with an interest in root cause analysis and solution development.
Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably with a background in Information Technology.
