Job summary

A luxury hotel in Singapore seeks an experienced Information Technology Manager to manage the hotel's IT infrastructure and oversee business applications. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 7 years of IT experience in the hospitality industry, along with a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Business Studies. Responsibilities include developing IT systems, monitoring operational efficiency, and supervising the IT team, ensuring excellent service and support for all users.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Combination of education, training, or experience that provides necessary skills.
  • Good knowledge of multi-property emails, websites, DNS, and CISCO networks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize all Business Applications, Databases, and Messaging Systems.
  • Prepare the hotel's IT annual budgets for approval.
  • Develop and spearhead the hotel's IT infrastructure.
  • Monitor operational efficiency of hotel IT systems and make improvements.
  • Source and recommend IT systems for upgrade.
  • Review and negotiate maintenance contracts with IT suppliers.
  • Run an efficient department with responsive IT support service.
  • Manage IT systems changes to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Educate IT users on correct systems usage.
  • Supervise IT team and conduct performance reviews.
