As the Information Technology Executive (Business Partner), we rely on you to:

• Manage and maintain all information systems, IT applications and IT hardware to ensure reliable and secure IT Operations
• Establish and operate the information data centre in accordance to Shangri-La Group IT's guidelines and policies to support business continuity
• Plan and execute system upgrades and modifications align with evolving businees needs to optimize IT performance.
• Monitor market trends and evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption to maintain competitive advantage
• Deliver timely IT support and conduct training sessions for users to enhance their technology proficiency and operational efficiency

We are looking for someone who:

• Relevant experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure in a hospitality or related environment
• Certification in Information Technology or a related discipline demonstrating foundational IT knowledge discipline
