Overview

The Application Analyst will be part of the Digital and Information Technology team, responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting IT systems. These systems primarily include the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system and other clinical management systems. The role involves close collaboration with hospital and clinical stakeholders to ensure IT systems effectively support operational and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business operations and requirements.

• Recommend suitable IT solutions to enhance and streamline business processes.

• Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly, coordinating with vendors and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare and maintain IT documentation, including functional, design, and test specifications, user guides, and operational manuals.

• Manage and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Conduct end-user training sessions effectively.

• Assist in procurement, acquisition, and implementation of IT systems under the guidance of the Reporting Officer.

• Provide support coverage during team members’ absence.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Demonstrate commitment to meeting project timelines and deliverables.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• At least 1 - 3 years of relevant experience will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of process and workflow mapping.

• Experience in IT systems implementation, preferably Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or other clinical systems (preferred).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
