Responsibilities:
Help develop and refine HR processes and mechanisms to support business operations effectively.
Plan and execute recruitment strategies, handling employee recruitment and onboarding.
Develop training plans, conduct employee training, and implement promotion schemes to enhance employee skills.
Implement performance evaluation schemes to motivate employees and meet organizational goals.
Handle compensation and benefits, and address employee queries.
Manage employee relations to ensure a positive work environment and compliance.
Maintain employee data and prepare reports for analysis.
Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion.
Update HR policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist with other HR tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher with over 5 years of recruitment or HRBP experience. Experience in e-commerce, internet, FMCG, fashion, or consulting industries preferred.
Ability to understand and manage cultural diversity among employees.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Strong consulting, guidance, and communication skills.
Data-driven, detail-oriented, and strong sense of responsibility.
High level of independence and teamwork spirit.
Fluent in both Mandarin and English communication and writing.
