SALOHealth is a dedicated home‑nursing care provider. We are looking for compassionate and committed nurses who are passionate about delivering personalised, one‑to‑one care in the comfort of our patients’ homes.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  Location: Home‑Based Care (Singapore)
  Employment Type: Locum / Contract

1. Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)

• Assist with bedside hygiene care (bed bath/sponging).
• Assist with toileting needs, diaper changing, and perineal care.
• Support turning and positioning every 2–4 hours to prevent pressure injuries.
• Assist with feeding (oral or NG feeding if applicable).
• Support patient mobility within safety limits (passive/active ROM exercises).

2. Nursing Care & Medication

• Serve medications according to doctor’s instructions.
• Perform regular monitoring of vital signs (BP, HR, SpO₂, temperature).
• Provide wound care (simple dressing) if needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition, discomfort, or distress symptoms.
• Assist with oxygen therapy or suctioning (if required and trained).

3. Safety & Comfort Care

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Apply pressure‑relief techniques and prevent falls or injuries.
• Offer emotional support to both patient and family members.

4. Documentation & Communication

• Provide shift handover and highlight key changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes.
• Communicate promptly with the family and SALOHealth coordinator if any issues arise.

Requirements

• Registered / Enrolled Nurse with valid SNB registration preferred.
• Prior experience in home nursing, geriatric care, palliative care, or long‑term care is an advantage.
• Competent in ADLs care, medication serving, and basic nursing procedures.
• Able to work independently and maintain professionalism in a home setting.
• Compassionate, patient, and service‑oriented.
• Able to commit to 12‑hour shifts (day or night).
