Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage vehicle damage reports. Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with office productivity software and web technologies.

• Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on their vehicle damage reports through calls, emails, or visits.
• Investigate damages found on vehicles and assess repair costs.
• Assist with accident reports and follow-ups.
• Aid in the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
