Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage vehicle damage reports. The role involves communication with customers via calls, emails, and onsite visits, investigating damages, and handling accident reports. Applicants should be familiar with office productivity and web technologies, and having a relevant driving licence is a plus. This position offers a salary range of $2500 - $2800 and requires working five days a week in Paya Lebar.

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with office productivity software and web technologies.
• Experience in this field will be a strong bonus.
• Having class 3 or class 2B (and above) licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers on their vehicle damage reports through calls, emails, or visits.
• Investigate damages found on vehicles and assess repair costs.
• Assist with accident reports and follow-ups.
• Aid in the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Working with the customer on their vehicle damage report in the form of outbound calls, emails or onsite visits.
• Required to investigate damages found on our vehicles, assess the cost of repairs and follow up with the customers.
• Assisting and managing accident reports and follow-ups.
• Assisting with the recovery of vehicles if required.
• Required to assist with any other tasks assigned by supervisor
