Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Assist end-to-end hiring processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
  • Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and employee benefits administration.
  • Support performance appraisals, training programs, and career development initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, generate reports, and provide insights for HR decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
