Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for campus recruitment.
  • Coordinate and build relationships with academic institutions.
  • Plan and represent the firm at campus events and job fairs.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires.
  • Oversee HR shared services operations.
  • Serve as a contact for HR inquiries.
  • Execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee data.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities and feedback.
