A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced Human Resource Officer to oversee full HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will manage the employee lifecycle, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive workplace culture. Candidates must hold a diploma in Human Resource Development and possess 3-5 years of HR experience. This role offers competitive salary and working days from Monday to Friday.

Human Resource Officer

  • Location: Marine Parade
  • Working Days: Monday-Friday, 5 days
  • Working hours : 8:30am - 6:15pm
  • Salary : $3500-$4000

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage the full spectrum of HR operations, focusing on HR processes, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, and serving as the first point of contact for employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies aligned with departmental goals.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and handle work pass applications and renewals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues and grievances professionally.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee retention and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
  • Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to various HR projects.
  • Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Development or equivalent.
  • At least 3-5 years' comprehensive HR functions.
  • Prior experience with Info-Tech HR software is an advantage.
