  • Prepare attendance and leave data to support payroll processing.
  • Coordinate training schedules and compile monthly HR reports.
  • Provide PA support such as scheduling, meeting preparation, minute-taking, travel arrangements, and handling confidential matters.
  • Support general office administration, including supplies, event coordination, and document preparation.
  • Act as a communication link across teams and external parties.
  • Assist with tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR admin or executive/PA support.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
