Job summary
A recruitment management firm based in Singapore is looking for a skilled recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, preferably in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector, and strong skills in Excel and database management. Responsibilities include implementing hiring strategies, screening candidates, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. - Experienced in handling high-volume hiring.
- Experience in non-executive recruitment is a plus.

- Prepare recruitment reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide retention feedback.
- At least 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in semiconductor or manufacturing.
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Experienced in handling high-volume hiring.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot), Outlook, and database systems; SAP is an added advantage.
- Experience in non-executive recruitment is a plus.
