Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience, preferably in SME settings
• Strong working knowledge of foreign worker regulations
• Familiar with HRMS systems, InfoTech experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and onboarding for local and foreign hires
• Administer Work Permit and Employment Pass applications
• Execute monthly payroll via HRMS and related submissions
• Track quotas, expiry dates, and insurance compliance
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and manage related claims
